To acquire knowledge of all things past and present you may use the angels of knowledge who are based  in the 3^rd heaven.  The 3^rd heaven iassociated to the tree of life is the third sphere called Binah, or Elohemu.  It is associated with the planet Saturn and to the day of the week Saturday.  The third heaven is the seat of all knowledge, understanding and prayers.  Remember the sabbath day (7th day) to keep it holy, the lord said.

It is the representatives of God who are the Elohim of the third heaven that hears the prayers of all mankind.  Let us say you are trying to reach the angel Michael,  an angel in the 5^th heaven associated with the sphere of Mars.  Your prayers first goes to the third heaven and it is an Elohim in the third heaven that dispatches your request to the angel Michael. 

It is the Elohim from the third heaven that are seated in all churches, temples, Mosques, or any place of worship that listens to the prayers of mankind. The third heaven is sort of like  a central information station or a central post office that handles all requests going to heaven and then dispatches the requests to the right angel. 

My family of angels are fortunately from the third heaven which includes my guardian angel Ramamel, the angel Ariel, the angel Mamarel, the angel Ramu.  The angel Ramamel is an angel of knowledge from the third heaven, and he is my personal guardian angel.  The angel Mamarel is my angelic mother and she is the female counterpart of the angel Ramamel. The angel Ariel is an angel of earth from the third heaven.  The angel Ariel is a ruler of legions of angels of the four elements, he is also a ruler in the third heaven.  The angel Ariel has many legions of angels that serve beneath him. 

It was the angel Ariel that rescued my grandfather and his four brothers, when they were lost at sea in the regions of the shores of Ghana, west Africa.  Through their first contact with the angel Ariel, the Nunoo family was established. A deal was made between my grandfather and his four brothers and the angel Ariel, and through that deal, my father who is the angel Ramu from the third heaven was born into the Nunoo family.  The angel Ariel, then trained my father on earth in the ways of the Kabbalah and he gained knowledge and access to many angels.  My father is presently dead, and is back in the third heaven as the angel Ramu.

The third heaven is where you will find most of the philosophers, scribes and prophets that ascended.  This where you find Plato,, aristotle, Socrates, Pythagoras and the rest

You may also use the angelic seal of Knowledge to acquire knowledge of things past and present.  The seal of knowledge when drawn on a handkerchief and carried on the person will inspire a person from time to time.
